THE KEY FAMILY & THEIR BURDEN
Thank you for allowing me to introduce our family and ministry to you. Having been missionaries to the troubled youth in the prisons for around 20 years we have seen the definite need for a gospel witness. During our travels across the states God called our attention to the many who were not locked up behind bars but were prisoners to sin and in dire need of a Saviour. That is how our “Homeless Bags of Compassion” ministry came to be. These bags filled with non-perishable food items, hygiene items and other necessities are a tool God had us to use to reach them with the message of the gospel. Each bag contains a KJV Bible, gospel tracts and booklets and the items are marked with scripture references. These bags are not just a handout to make them comfortable on their road to hell but a type of life rope thrown to them for their rescue and salvation!
Our work with the youth in the prisons revealed the need to reach the youth with the gospel before they are tattered with the scars of sin. One of the goals of Crossing the Streets Evangelistic Ministry is to reach out into the projects and troubled areas with a message of hope for the youth who many times do not see a way to escape from the generations of sin they are being brought up in. With God’s help we can accomplish this goal and reach those who He puts in our pathways. To do so we need the prayers, support and help of the local churches of our nation. Would you please pray for us? If God tells you to help support us we surely can use it to reach others with the gospel. If you get a chance to volunteer, we need help. But even if you are not able to volunteer with us keep your eyes open for those you come in daily contact with that need a life rope of help thrown to them from someone who cares.
Thank you for your interest & consideration of this ministry!
